1. Governing Provisions
The commercial relationship between the Seller, SPIRITUAL SCENTS PERFUMES & COSMETICS TRADING CO. L.L.C (hereinafter “the Seller”), and the Buyer (hereinafter “the Customer”) is governed by the following applicable legislation of Romania:
Government Ordinance no. 21/1992 on consumer protection;
Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts with professionals;
Law no. 363/2007 on combating unfair commercial practices;
Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made via the website www.scentyno.com, by telephone, or in any physical store operated by the Seller.
2. Formation of the Contract
By placing an order, the Customer expressly agrees to communication regarding the order via telephone or email.
The sales contract is considered formally concluded at the moment the Seller sends order confirmation to the Customer via telephone or email.
All product information, descriptions, and listings presented on the website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer. The Seller reserves the right to limit the quantity of items per order, especially during promotional periods or clearance sales. All products are offered for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Price and Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Methods: Debit Card and Credit Card.
The Seller reserves the right to modify the price of any product at any time prior to the confirmation of the Customer’s order.
4. Product Compliance & Complaint Procedure
If a delivered product is found to be defective or does not conform to the agreed specifications, the Customer is entitled, under applicable law, to request one of the following legal remedies: repair, replacement, an appropriate price reduction, or contract termination.

The Seller undertakes to investigate and provide a substantive response to any complaint within a maximum of 30 days from its receipt.
5. Delivery Terms
Delivery costs are borne by the Customer and will be clearly indicated before order finalization.
The Seller is responsible for ensuring the delivery of the products to the delivery address specified by the Customer in the order.
The Customer is advised to inspect the parcel and its contents upon receipt with the courier present and to notify the Seller immediately of any visible transport damage or non-conformity.
6. Additional Provisions
All listed prices are valid until modified by the Seller or while stock lasts.
The Seller processes the Customer’s personal data in strict compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Personal data will not be disclosed to any third party without the Customer’s explicit prior consent, except as required by law.
